Inbound Sales Team Lead

We’re scaling our Barcelona Sales hub and looking for an Inbound Sales Team Lead to lead our Spanish Inbound team and play a key role in launching the Portuguese market
.
This is a high-impact role for someone who loves sales, coaching, and building things from the ground up
, with real ownership in a fast-growing fintech.
- Lead and develop a team of Inbound Sales Reps handling warm, high-intent leads for the Spanish market
- Actively support the launch of the Portuguese market
, helping shape processes, coaching approach, and early team setup - Coach daily on calls, pitches, objection handling, confidence, and sales mindset
- Deliver practical, engaging training sessions that drive performance
- Use data to track KPIs, spot trends, and continuously improve results
- Own onboarding and ramp-up for new joiners, ensuring consistency and quality
- Build a strong, inclusive team culture based on feedback, trust, and accountability
- You’ll be close to the action — on the sales floor, with the team, driving impact week by week.
- Have experience leading or mentoring sales teams
, or are a top performer with 2-3 years of experience in fintech or payments, ready to step into leadership - Bring a strong commercial mindset and enjoy developing people
- Are organised, structured, and comfortable working with sales metrics and dashboards
- Communicate clearly, lead with empathy, and coach rather than micromanage
- Are excited about building and scaling a new market
- Speak Spanish, English, and Portuguese fluently
- Fintech, payments, or telesales experience is a plus — but not required.
