As a Data & AI Strategy Analyst
, you will support Visium’s strategy team to provide tactical recommendations to its clients, with the greatest degree of excellence. As such, you will create and deploy outstanding Data & AI strategies by being part of our daily client consulting projects.

• Assist in developing and implementing data and AI strategies for clients.
• Research emerging data and AI trends and provide insights to the team.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving business processes using data and AI.
• Help analyze data sets and create visualizations to communicate findings to clients.
• Assist in creating client-facing reports and presentations to communicate data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Develop strategic recommendations for both Visium and its clients with thorough argumentation.
• Liaise with the different internal departments of Visium.

• 2+ years of experience in AI strategy, digital transformation, or managementli>
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with the ability to think both strategically and pragmatically.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• A curious and entrepreneurial mindset, eager to explore how AI can drive innovation and impact.
• Fluent in English, German or French will be considered as a plus.
