Lead Product Manager

This is a 100% remote role, open to candidates based in Germany, Spain, Portugal or the U.K.

You are a perfect addition to the team if you bring:

• A strategic, results-oriented mindset with a drive for innovation and ownership of ambitious goals
• Experience with SEO to some extent: understanding its strategy, user behavior, and having contact with SEO processes
• Proven experience converting organic traffic (from SEO) into users/buyers and understanding their behavior
• Deep knowledge of conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and crafting high-impact call-to-action strategies
• Proficiency in leveraging web analytics tools to uncover insights and inform data-driven decisions
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams and building a collaborative, inspiring work environment
• Exceptional communication abilities to articulate ideas, influence stakeholders, and foster cross-functional collaboration
• A passion for creating meaningful online experiences that align with YAZIO’s purpose and values

As the Lead Product Manager for our web squad, you will:

• Design and implement innovative conversion funnels tailored to diverse user segments, guiding website visitors toward app adoption, while collaborating with and mentoring a Senior PM to deliver exceptional results
• Identify and experiment with new CRO opportunities, driving sign-ups and app downloads through creative, user-focused solutions and fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement
• Lead product initiatives to maximize SEO visibility, attract high-quality traffic, and engage users effectively
• Collaborate with localization experts, top-tier copywriters, and nutritionists to deliver captivating, value-driven content
• Use A/B testing and analytics to optimize site design, enhance user experience, and achieve exceptional conversion rates
• Analyze and present performance insights to stakeholders, aligning priorities with ambitious business objectives
• Mentor and inspire your team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and success
• Manage and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers
• Provide interim line management for product designers within the web squad, collaborating closely with the Product Design leadership
