Director, It Infrastructure & Operations

Puesto: DIRECTOR, IT INFRASTRUCTURE & OPERATIONS
-  Champions I&O involvement in the IT organization's innovation efforts and its role in experimenting with new solutions to take advantage of business opportunities.

-   Enforce security policies, standards, and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, GxP), according to the General Counsel guidance.

- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to develop and communicate an I&O vision that inspires and motivates staff and aligns to the IT and business strategy.

- Ability to instill confidence in the business and demonstrate the business value of IT.

- Effective influencing and negotiation skills in an environment where resources may not be in direct control of this role.

- Excellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, strategic planning and execution skills.

- Strong business acumen, including industry, domain-specific knowledge of the enterprise and its business units.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a strategic people plan that ensures that the right people are in the right roles at the right time and that employees are highly engaged and satisfied.

- Strong vendor management and partner relation skills to identify and leverage resources internal and external to the enterprise to enhance capabilities that support business objectives.

- Familiarity with cloud security (general or Azure preferable) and hybrid environments.

- Knowledge of GxP and data integrity requirements for regulated environments.

- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure & operations leadership.

-  Typically has 10 to 15 years of IT and business work experience with a broad range of exposure to various technical environments and business segments

- Experience with financial management: budget definition and execution/tracking.

-  Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, organization design and development.

-  Preferably proven experience or demonstrated capability in leading IT transformational initiatives in complex, cross-functional and dynamic environments.

-  Preferred experience managing security n regulated industries (pharma).

-  Hands-on experience with security tools and services (SIEM, SOC, DLP, end point protection).
