What your day-to-day will look like

Be in charge of the remote support for airlines' fleets

Check and review our monitoring systems to detect problems

Deploy already-made fixes through Ansible to keep the fleet up & running 24/7

Build and deploy simple scripts to fix bugs in Linux environments

Prepare new hardware (Linux servers) for new deployments

Interact with the INFRA and PRODUCT area to explain new problems and find solutions

Coordinate fixes with co-workers globally located

Cooperate giving you point of view and experience to improve systems and processes

Minimum Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years experience with Linux OS (ssh, data transfer, log analysis, networking)

A minimum of 2 years of experience with Grafana, Graylog, and Kibana

A minimum of 2 years of experience automating daily tasks and processes

Experience with Python/Go and Bash scripting.

You feel comfortable with our daily stack: docker, Ansible & git.

It’s a plus to have some experience with Jira, Confluence & KVM

You can troubleshoot hardware and network issues.

Nice to have hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services and its tools and features.

This position includes regular flights.

Contract Details:

The contracting is directly with the final customer.
