• Enhance team efficiency by driving initiatives and introducing new technologies, including practices like Cross Knowledge Training.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and make informed decisions on technology adoption, infrastructure, and cost impacts.
• Document and communicate infrastructure and design decisions to both business and technical stakeholders, ensuring clear ownership and accountability for projects.

• 5+ years of iOS development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Swift and Swift
  
  UI.
• Familiar with data structure, system design, design patterns, API designs, MVPor MVVM, declarative UI, Git, and Dev Ops.
• Full stack background is a huge plus. Familiarity with cloud services, Graph
  
  QL, Firebase, etc is a plus.
• Have published two or more iOS apps.
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
• The ability to identify skilled engineers as we grow the team.
• Strong analytical and communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• A positive disposition and a good attitude under pressure.

• AI Tooling Proficiency:
  Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or related subject.
