You’re an intelligent automation practitioner with experience anchored in programming and automation practices (e.g. RPA, IDP, Bot Dev, etc). You understand different technologies and platforms, creating smart AI automations solutions that connect people and systems in new ways. You’re aafraidtoswitchperspectives, bringing automation and AItolife in real projects. From developing a tailored AI strategy to implementing and operating scalable solutions, we deliver end-to-end support that drives real business transformation.

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath for our key client in Barcelona. Work from client office for 2-3 days/week will be required.
• Lead and contribute to migration activities for version changes and continuous enhancement of the code.
• Depending on the solution,
  IDP components (e.g., UiPath Document Understanding) or Python scripting elements may be applied to enhance automation logic, handle unstructured data, or support integration tasks.
• Continuously explore and apply new UiPath features
  , connectors, and capabilities to improve solution performance and user experience.
• Support project planning
  , effort estimation, and documentation as part of a cross-functional agile team.
• Ensure quality, testing, and post-deployment support to meet client expectations and SLAs.

• 2+ years of experience in designing and delivering multiple RPA solutions with UiPath.
• UiPath RPA Developer Certification is required.
• Confident in English (written and spoken);
  Spanish or other languages are a plus.
• Independent, proactive, and self-driven — you take initiative and don’t wait to be told what to do.
• Solid communication skills and the ability to work closely with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Ability to manage projects and drive the accounts.
• Willingness to mentor junior developers and contribute to capability building across the team.
• Previous elementary level experience with Document Understanding or basic level of Python scripting.

• Experience working in consulting environments is a strong plus.
• Python coding skills or willingness and potential to grow technical capabilities further.
• Exposure or interest upskilling in related technologies such as process mining (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining),
  low-code platforms (e.g., Power Apps),
  conversational AI (e.g., Cognigy, Druid), and test automation (UiPath Test Suite).
