• Deliver IT & OT solutions aligned with business needs and compliance standards.
• Partner with stakeholders to analyze demands and propose effective technology solutions.
• Manage design, deployment, and delivery of priority projects within scope and budget.
• Ensure operational stability and performance of global and local business systems.
• Oversee project governance, risk management, and adherence to security policies.
• Drive efficient Dev Ops practices for platforms and applications.
• Monitor project execution, control scope, and resolve issues proactively.
• Provide accurate reporting on project status, risks, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate across teams and strategic suppliers to achieve delivery excellence.
• Guarantee smooth transition from project delivery to operations.

• University degree in Engineering, Informatics, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in IT/OT project delivery and operations management.
• Strong knowledge of OT cybersecurity and industrial protocols.
• Expertise in GxP environments and computerized system validation.
• Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage risks, budgets, and timelines effectively.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and manage change.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving capabilities.

• Experience with execution and financial management of IT/OT projects and vendor coordination.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and ability to drive digital innovation initiatives.
