About the Role
** Key Responsibilities
*** Deliver IT & OT solutions aligned with business needs and compliance standards.
* Partner with stakeholders to analyze demands and propose effective technology solutions.
* Manage design, deployment, and delivery of priority projects within scope and budget.
* Ensure operational stability and performance of global and local business systems.
* Oversee project governance, risk management, and adherence to security policies.
* Drive efficient Dev Ops practices for platforms and applications.
* Monitor project execution, control scope, and resolve issues proactively.
* Provide accurate reporting on project status, risks, and performance metrics.
* Collaborate across teams and strategic suppliers to achieve delivery excellence.
* Guarantee smooth transition from project delivery to operations.
** Essential Requirements
*** University degree in Engineering, Informatics, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
* Proven experience in IT/OT project delivery and operations management.
* Strong knowledge of OT cybersecurity and industrial protocols.
* Expertise in GxP environments and computerized system validation.
* Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
* Demonstrated ability to manage risks, budgets, and timelines effectively.
* ASkilled in stakeholder engagement and change management.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities.
** Desirable Requirements
*** Experience with execution and financial management of IT/OT projects and vendor coordination.
* Familiarity with emerging technologies and ability to drive digital innovation initiatives.
