As a Customer Success Manager, it’s essential that you have:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role

• Experience working with CRM tools (Hub Spot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)

• Experience managing large accounts for digital products or services

• A high level of adaptability in fast-growing environments

• Fluent English and Spanish

What will you do at Sesame?

Your main goal will be to manage and retain a portfolio of clients
. We’re looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager
, so your client portfolio will include the company’s largest customers. You’ll be responsible for continuous follow-up to ensure their satisfaction, long-term retention, and growth in usage and contracts.

And the best part of the challenge is that you won’t be alone 🤜🤛 — you’ll work closely with a great Sales and Customer Support team.
