Fulfillment agent (Night Shift)

Team:
Fulfillment Team and sometimes Customer Service

Schedule:

22:00–04:00 Barcelona (CET) time (candidate may be in any time zone, but must work these hours in Barcelona (CET) time)

Workload note:
Usually low to moderate traffic, but can reach up to ~15 requests during the shift.

Role Summary

This person will cover nighttime fulfillment operations, mainly monitoring incoming requests/tickets and delivering Fast Track service manually. In some cases, they will also contact customers and track replies via email.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manual fulfillment processing & pass delivery: Monitor incoming requests during the night shift and deliver the service manually. Learn the internal workflow and understand airport-specific procedures.

  • Customer contact (as needed): For certain requests, contact customers by email, follow up on responses, and track communication to ensure completion.

  • Accurate logging & handover (if applicable): Keep the team informed about completed requests, pending cases, and any unusual situations, so that the manager can fix everything when her shift starts.

Requirements / What We’re Looking For
  • Ability to work 22:00–04:00 Barcelona (CET) time consistently

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in manual operations

  • Good written English for customer emails and internal notes

  • Ability to follow instructions, processes, and airport-specific steps

  • Reliable and responsible with independent work during low-activity hours

  • Basic problem-solving skills and the ability to elevate issues when needed
