Act as the first point of contact for Google customers, combining active listening with solution routing to support needs or qualify leads for new Google Ads campaigns.

• Serve as the first point of contact, directing customer inquiries to the appropriate department with accuracy and efficiency.
• Meet defined KPIs while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
• Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Operate with accuracy and compliance, upholding our company's standards and procedures in all your interactions.

Language

C2 level of Italian and C1 level of English

• Part-time hybrid position in Barcelona with a competitive salary, Monday to Friday.
• Salary: 10.949,20 gross/year
