Ready to shape technology hiring strategy for a global IT organization? Looking to lead complex, cross-border recruitment across India, Europe, and Asia while partnering closely with senior leadership?

As a Technology Recruiter, you will lead end-to-end hiring for a global IT organization, playing a critical role in shaping how we attract, engage, and hire technology talent s role combines hands‑on recruitment delivery with strategic workforce planning and market intelligence, supporting a rapidly evolving technology landscape.

You will partner closely with senior leaders across IT, Product, and Engineering to understand business priorities, translate growth plans into hiring strategies, and build sustainable talent pipelines across India and key international markets, including Europe (Copenhagen, Barcelona) and Asia (Bangkok).

Beyond execution, this role is expected to influence hiring decisions through data, insights, and deep knowledge of global talent markets – ensuring we remain competitive in attracting high‑quality technology professionals while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

What You’ll Do…
  • Lead Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning
    :
    Partner with IT and business leaders to forecast hiring needs, build annual and quarterly hiring plans, and provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring trends across India and key international markets.
  • Own Full‑Cycle Technology Recruitment
    :
    Lead end‑to‑end recruitment across all technology functions, including full‑stack development, business analysis, QA, product management, infrastructure, security, and IT support. Apply advanced sourcing strategies and continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and technologies to deliver high‑quality hires at speed.
  • Drive Global & Cross‑Border Hiring
    :
    Manage international recruitment across Europe (Copenhagen, Barcelona) and Asia (Bangkok), ensuring alignment with local hiring practices, compliance requirements, and cultural considerations. Partner with global agencies and talent networks to support scalable international hiring.
  • Strengthen Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
    :
    Position the company as an employer of choice through targeted employer branding initiatives, social media engagement, tech communities, and events. Own and standardize candidate experience practices across markets while innovating talent attraction strategies such as referrals and early‑career outreach.
  • Enable Data‑Driven Recruitment Decisions
    :
    Track and analyze hiring metrics including time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, and source effectiveness. Use data and insights to continuously improve recruitment performance, quality of hire, and stakeholder decision‑making.
  • Advise on Market Trends & Hiring Practices
    :
    Stay ahead of emerging technologies, labor market shifts, and competitive hiring practices. Provide guidance to leaders on compensation trends, diversity hiring approaches, and candidate engagement strategies to keep the organization competitive.
  • Manage Stakeholders & Recruitment Partners
    :
    Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on hiring strategy, market dynamics, and compensation discussions. Manage and review performance of domestic and international recruitment partners, ensuring alignment with hiring goals and quality standards.
What You’ll Need…
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
  • 8-12 years of experience in technology recruitment, including hands‑on exposure to international hiring across Europe and/or Asia, with a proven ability to deliver high‑quality hires at scale.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting across a broad range of technology roles, including full‑stack development, cloud, security, infrastructure, and service management, with enough technical depth to engage credibly with engineering and IT leaders.
