WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an experienced People Partner (Temporary) to join our People & Culture team in Barcelona on a fixed-term basis
, covering a maternity leave.

In this role, you will play a key part in delivering a strong and consistent employee experience, with a particular focus on fostering psychological safety and an inclusive workplace culture.

The ideal candidate brings solid experience in people partnering, a strong understanding of Spanish employment law
, and a genuine interest in modern and innovative ways of working. You are curious, committed to continuous learning, and confident in translating legal and people-related requirements into practical policies, processes, and day-to-day support for the business.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will be part of the People & Culture team in Barcelona
, working closely with leaders, employees, and key stakeholders across Porsche Digital Barcelona. Together, you will shape and support a positive employee experience aligned with the company’s values and business objectives.

In this temporary role, you will act as a trusted partner to the organization, contributing to a vibrant, inclusive, and psychologically safe work environment while ensuring alignment with local labor regulations and internal people practices.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
  • At least 5 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Ability to work with autonomy to deliver business priorities.
  • Track record of developing others
  • Ability to detect and analyse a problem and collaborate effectively with others to find a solution.
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication and influencing skills required together with an eye for detail and a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • A team player who acts with a sense of urgency and adapts to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Experience working within the tech sector
  • Excellent knowledge of Spanish employment law.
  • Experience with HRIS tools
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Spanish is a plus but not needed.

  • Legal Compliance: Serve as the expert in Spanish employment law, ensuring all HR practices and policies adhere to legal requirements. Provide guidance on employment-related legal matters, keeping the organization informed and compliant.
  • Policy and Procedure Development: Actively contribute to the development and enhancement of HR policies and procedures to meet evolving business needs. Ensure that policies are communicated effectively and consistently applied across the organization.
