• Campus Strategy execution & Student Funnel Management

• Deploy, and continuously optimize the end‑to‑end student funnel.
• Prioritize schools, initiatives, and events with the highest ROI.
• Ensure achievement of campus‑driven recruitment targets.
• Drive overall performance through KPIs and reporting.

• Campus Team Management & Coordination

• Manage 3 Campus Coordinators.
• Coordinate with the Recruitment teams to ensure CV quality and smooth processing.
• Supervise the campus coordinator in charge of the Mantu Manager Program.
• Coach teams, drive weekly management.

• School Relations & Partner Ecosystem

• Directly manage strategic schools and key partnerships to reach the hiring objective.
• Represent the Group with schools, Junior Enterprises, and student ecosystems.
• Develop long‑term partnerships aligned with business priorities.

• Marketing, Employer Branding & Recruitment

• Deploy the Group’s campus visibility and employer branding & people value proposition activation strategies.
• Work closely with Marketing, Communication, and Recruitment teams to launch digital campus actions.
• Ensure consistency of the people value proposition and candidate experience.

• Cross‑Functional Projects & Transformation

• Actively contribute to the Group’s transformation program.
• Industrialize the Campus model (processes, tools, KPIs, templates) to enable international rollout following the Campus Manager’s roadmap.
• Launch high‑impact Campus initiatives (new formats, automation, partnerships).
• Act as the Campus relay to the board and internal stakeholders.
• Work with internal IT teams to improve our tools.

• Experience in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, sales, or business‑oriented roles (2–3 years).
• First experience in team management and KPI‑driven performance is a strong plus.
• Good understanding of the French higher education ecosystem (universities, business & engineering schools).
• French and English fluent.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Results‑driven, data‑oriented, and business‑minded.
• Ability to build strong networks and long‑term partnerships.
• Experience with generative AI tools.
• Academic background in a relevant field.
