Overview

This year marks 11 years since we launched the idea that simplifying our customers’ lives is possible, by offering an innovative solution that allows them to subscribe to, manage, and easily change all types of contracts through a single, intuitive platform. During this time, we have supported more than 2 million customers in France, Spain, and Italy, while investing in new verticals and positioning ourselves as a highly efficient, innovative, and competitive scale-up in a rapidly growing market.

With more than 1k employees across 3 locations, we are consolidating our position as market leaders in Europe. We are always looking for talent ready to join a committed team driven by a meaningful project. Working with us means embracing a culture of excellence, innovation, and real impact.

As a Revenue Strategy Analyst, you will play a key role in defining and executing our revenue growth strategies. Positioned at the intersection of Sales Operations, Operations, and the Offer & Revenue teams, your mission will be to activate growth levers, analyze performance data, and translate insights into actionable strategies—while also becoming a reference point for execution.

You will drive initiatives that increase revenue by improving supplier economics, supporting pricing and commission models, and ensuring the maintenance, integration, and performance monitoring of new and existing partners. This role combines operational work with strategic thinking and requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales Operations, and Offer & Revenue) as well as external stakeholders to unlock new revenue opportunities and scale our growth.

Responsibilities
  • Supplier billing and claims
Oversee and optimize supplier billing and claims processes, ensuring accurate reconciliation and compliance with contractual agreements. Ensure that all operations run smoothly. Be accountable for revenue and support internal teams in revenue-related activities. Support sales recovery and administrative procedures.
  • Portfolio management and improvement
Lead and coordinate the onboarding of new suppliers, ensuring smooth data integration, contract setup, and process alignment across teams. Establish clear communication channels, working rhythms, and processes with suppliers for the maintenance of day-to-day operations.
  • Data expert
Analyze supplier performance metrics and financial indicators, identifying areas for improvement and supporting decision-making. Develop and maintain ad hoc reporting dashboards to monitor key KPIs related to revenue and operational efficiency. Facilitate knowledge sharing between teams, ensuring alignment on updates, new processes, and strategic changes. Act as a point of contact for process documentation, ensuring that new initiatives are well documented and easily accessible.
  • Project management and internal support
Act as the main liaison between the Offer & Revenue (O&R) team and internal teams to support the growth of partnerships. Identify and automate operational inefficiencies within the O&R department. Support the rollout of new processes and tools, including documentation, training, and post-launch troubleshooting.
Your profile
  • More than 2 years of experience in start-ups, investment banking, or consulting.
  • Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Management, or Business Operations, preferably in fast-paced, tech-driven environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in financial modeling, revenue analysis, or process automation.
  • Desirable knowledge of Lean methodologies (Kanban, VSM, etc.) and experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and/or BI tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Experience in project management, especially in cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
