The International Business Unit (IBU) at is responsible for driving the company's growth in global markets. Focused on strategic partnerships and market expansion, the IBU team works across regions to enhance 's presence, build relationships, and deliver tailored solutions to meet local needs.
In this Role, you’ll get to- Onboard New Partnerships:
Focus on onboarding new partnerships primarily in Spain across key verticals, including loyalty programs, telcos, airlines, banks, credit cards, e-wallets, communities, brands, media, supermarkets, and other online traffic partners to drive orders to - Evaluate & Strategise Commercial Deals:
Identify, assess, and develop strategies for commercial deals with relevant partners. - Build & Maintain Relationships:
Foster and manage long‑term, strong relationships with partners to drive sustainable business growth. - Identify Competitive Threats:
Monitor the competitive landscape and propose appropriate strategies to mitigate risks. - Collaborate with Internal Teams:
Work closely with Product, Operations, Supply, Finance, and other internal teams to create demand‑driven products that can scale. - Account Management & Campaign Optimisation:
Oversee key accounts and optimise campaigns to meet business growth and KPI targets. - Develop Strategy:
Formulate a personal strategy aligned with team goals and KPIs.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development and partnerships in Spain.
- Highly persuasive with strong business acumen in commercial partnerships across relevant verticals.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favourable partnership deals.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Fluency in Spanish is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
