. We are looking for a Implementation Project Manager (Energy Assets), a key figure in our mission to make energy storage management smarter, more efficient, and scalable.

We are looking for an Implementation Project Manager (Energy Assets) to lead the technical onboarding and integration of energy storage assets into our B2B SaaS suite.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising the full integration cycle, from post-sales technical validation to go-live and post-deployment support.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, product, engineering, and support), ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality and innovation.

Project Management: Plan and execute the integration of storage systems with the company’s product suite, managing timelines, resources, budgets, and quality standards.

Onboarding & Integration: Lead the end-to-end integration of new energy assets, defining scope, requirements, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams.

Uptime & Troubleshooting: Work with Product and Management to ensure system robustness, swiftly resolving technical issues.

OPEX Management: Oversee operational expenditures to ensure cost efficiency aligned with the company’s financial strategy.

Resource Planning: Forecast and manage resource allocation to guarantee successful client onboarding.

Reporting & KPIs: Prepare detailed reports and metrics that provide insights into project outcomes and efficiency.

Project Management Tools: Ensure proper use and continuous improvement of  (or similar tools).

Stakeholder Communication: Maintain seamless communication across all stakeholders (management, sales, product, support, integration).

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Telecommunications, or Software). Other relevant studies will be considered with extensive project management experience.

· English level C1 (mandatory).

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management and/or technical integrations, preferably in a B2B environment.

· Proven ability to manage technical projects with cross‑functional teams.

· Strong ability to translate technical requirements into clear, actionable insights for teams and clients.

· Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
