As our business continues to scale, we are strengthening our Finance team in Barcelona to support growth with stronger financial visibility, forecasting, and decision-making.

To support this next phase, we are hiring a Finance Manager who will play a key role in financial planning, performance analysis, and business partnering, while ensuring strong coordination with accounting operations.

This role offers the opportunity to shape how finance supports the business, in a fast-growing international environment.

Reporting to the VP Finance, the Finance Manager will play a central role in financial planning, performance analysis, and financial governance for the Click&Boat business.

The role sits at the intersection of FP&A, accounting oversight, and business partnering, ensuring reliable financial information while providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Depending on the candidate’s profile, the role may focus primarily on FP&A, or take ownership of both FP&A and accounting leadership.

• Own the financial planning cycle (budget, forecast, reforecast).
• Build and maintain financial models supporting revenue growth, margins, and operational efficiency.
• Analyze key business drivers and KPIs (sales performance, marketplace dynamics, supply performance, customer acquisition).
• Provide monthly business performance analysis with clear insights and recommendations for leadership.
• Partner with operational teams (Sales, Supply, Customer Operations) to translate operational performance into financial impact.
• Support leadership in strategic decision-making through scenario analysis and data-driven insights.
• Improve financial reporting and dashboards to increase visibility across the organization.

• Ensure reliable financial reporting and monthly closings, in collaboration with the accounting team and external accounting firms.
• Supervise accounting operations with the support of a Senior Accountant based in Barcelona.
• Oversee general accounting processes (AR/AP, banks, fixed assets, reconciliations).
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and group accounting standards.

• Prepare and review the monthly financial reporting package (P&L, balance sheet, cash, KPIs).
• Work closely with the Boats Group consolidation team on intercompany reconciliations and reporting alignment.
• Support consolidation exercises and ensure proper financial mapping and documentation.

• Monitor cash position and short/mid-term cash forecasts.
• Oversee payment processes and ensure proper financial controls.
• Coordinate with banking partners and manage administrative financial processes.

• Improve finance processes, reporting tools, and data reliability.
• Contribute to automation and improvement of finance workflows.
• Support cross-functional projects impacting financial performance.
• Help structure a scalable finance organization aligned with the company’s growth.
