We now have an exciting opportunity to join our Finance team for the Iberia market within the Western Europe Zone (AT, BE, CH, ES, GR, PT, UK). In this role, you will support all aspects of financial performance across our market and brand portfolio.#

* Main responsibilities:

***** Strategic Partnership
*** Serve as a member of the Iberia Leadership Team, working collaboratively with zone business teams, the cross‑country finance community, and regional/global Finance.
* Act as a trusted financial partner to business teams, providing insights that support decision‑making and strategic planning.
** Financial Performance Management
*** Lead and oversee financial performance across all dimensions (Sales, Trade, Brand, OPEX) to ensure transparency, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives.
* Analyse monthly results, lead Finance Reviews, and identify performance gaps, risks, and opportunities in partnership with Finance and Business teams.
** Forecasting, Budgeting & Planning
*** Lead rolling forecasts within the integrated business planning (IBP) process, ensuring alignment with Opella ambitions and consistency of financial assumptions.
* Support the development of financial scenarios during forecast and budget cycles, ensuring clarity, data integrity, and stakeholder alignment across zone and global teams.
** Data, Tools & Analytics Enablement
*** Support teams through a data‑driven transformation journey, ensuring access to intuitive analytical tools (e.g. Power BI) that enhance performance visibility and decision-making.
** Master Data & Financial Governance
*** Oversee master data management to ensure accurate and reliable financial KPIs and reporting.
* Ensure full compliance with internal control requirements and financial/accounting principles within the function’s scope.
** Operational Excellence
*** Identify and drive efficiencies across multi‑country processes by enabling verticalization, digitalization, and self-service tools and procedures.
* Champion finance best practices and contribute to the simplification of processes and tools.
** Cross-functional Projects
*** Lead and support ad‑hoc strategic projects, such as portfolio optimisation, digital initiatives, and e‑commerce activities.#
*** About You
***** Experience
* ** Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial controlling or finance business partnering. Experience in Healthcare or FMCG is an advantage.
** Skills
* ** Strong rigor and ability to multi-task and to organize, manage and prioritize deadlines.
* Ability to take ownership and ensuring the integrity of the financial operations through very good understanding of the finance drivers.
