You will support the planning team in balancing demand and production capacity across short- and mid-term horizons.

Throughout the experience, you will benefit from a structured onboarding experience, along with dedicated training and coaching, designed to support your development into a future Production Planner.

Short-Term Planning : Support the creation and update of daily and weekly production schedules, ensuring feasibility and alignment with manufacturing teams, and escalating issues when required.

Mid-Term Planning Support: Assist in developing weekly production plans for the 3–16 week horizon, supporting capacity analysis, constraint identification, and preparation of inputs for mid-term planning reviews.

Planning & Scenario Support: Support basic planning scenarios related to volume changes, stock adjustments, and new product introductions, providing data and analysis to senior planners.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply, and Market teams to ensure visibility of production plans, communicate changes, and support issue resolution.

Master Data & Process Support: Maintain accurate planning master data in planning systems and contribute to the improvement of planning tools, processes, and ways of working.

University degree in relevant field.

Early experience or interest in supply chain.

Analytical skills, Excel; SAP beneficial.

Team player with communication skills.
