We are seeking candidates for a range of positions across teaching, administration, support, and finance.

Teaching applicants should have experience with the British curriculum and hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), with flexibility to work across Early Years and Primary. While experience is preferred, we also welcome enthusiastic early‑career educators.

For non‑teaching roles, we’re looking for motivated, adaptable individuals who will contribute to the school’s success and community spirit.

BSB is a large, very popular school for children aged 3 to 18. Our curriculum is based on the English National Curriculum, and we offer a wide range of GCSEs, A levels and the International Baccalaureate Diploma, all alongside a significant enrichment programme.

Over 2000 pupils from more than 74 nationalities attend the school and over 315 staff work at BSB, across three locations. In 2026 we will be expanding our school, adding a state‑of‑the‑art campus at Maresme, east of Barcelona city.

The campus will initially enrol students from Nursery to Year 4 in 2026, expanding to Year 13 in 2028. This is an exciting new development with a range of specialist facilities including state‑of‑the‑art classrooms, science labs, fully equipped music and art facilities and rehearsal spaces, dedicated play, social and study spaces, and indoor and outdoor sports facilities all set in stunning surroundings with the mountains as a backdrop and the coast as the frame.
