Solid experience building and operating SaaS solutions on a public cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

Strong interest in working with data efficiently to deliver performant and reliable systems.

Deep Python expertise, with the willingness to work across the stack when needed (e.g., React, Type Script).

A proactive learner who takes initiative, shares knowledge, and leads by example.

Clear and confident communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Build and evolve a fast-growing B2B SaaS product together with an interdisciplinary product, design, and engineering team.

Collaborate closely with Product and Design to create scalable, high-quality user experiences that customers genuinely value.

Contribute to and shape our cloud-native platform (Azure, React frontend, Node.js and Python backend services).

Own and drive server-side development primarily in Python (FastAPI), with the flexibility to contribute across the stack in React and Type Script when required.

Integrate LLM-powered capabilities to deploy intelligent, autonomous agents that streamline tedious processes, allowing our B2B users to focus on high-value, strategic tasks.

Drive improvements in developer productivity, code quality, testing, and automation together with the engineering team.

Take ownership beyond your code by actively contributing to technical decisions, architecture, and best practices.

Help shape our engineering culture and working environment into one that is collaborative, pragmatic, and enjoyable.

Stay current with industry trends and proactively identify opportunities for technical and process improvements.

3+ years of professional experience as a software engineer, with a strong focus on Python.

3+ years of experience developing cloud-native solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP.

2+ years of experience working with distributed systems and an understanding of architectural trade-offs.

[nice to have] Experience with LLMs, linear optimization, or data analytics.

[nice to have] Experience with Type Script, Node.js, and/or React.
