* Job Description:

** Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) provides power circuits for systems found in , , , and .MPS is seeking an energetic, efficient, self-motivated and resourceful team player to be a member of its accounting staff supporting our European subsidiaries.

The AP Accountant reports to Accounting Manager and will be based in
** Barcelona, Spain**/
** Overijssel , The Netherlands**/
** Ettenheim, Germany**/
** Ottobrunn, Germany.
**** RESPONSIBILITIES:
*** AP / AR processing for SW and other EU entities
* Data Entry – Processing of invoices
* Reconciliation of purchase invoices with purchase orders
* Resolve payment issues and answer payment questions from company vendors  + Account reconciliation and help with month-end processes.  + Customs clearance answering to document requirements from authority.  + Goods/Service receipt + delivery notes verification.  + Organizes courier deliveries end to end including documentation.  + Supports purchase requisitions for operations, facilities and Admin.  + Supports expense reports review  + Ad-hoc projects as needed

* QUALIFICATIONS:

*** BS/BA in business, accounting, administration or related field
* 3-5 years’ experience
* Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
* ** MUST --> English and German (C1), other EU languages definitely a plus :)
*** Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent analytical and organization skills.
