Join MCI Spain as Administrative Assistant Intern (Pharma Division)

Our Pharma Division is seeking an  Administrative Assistant Trainee  that is able to sign an intership agreement, to support key operational and compliance‑driven tasks for one of our most procedure‑oriented clients.

This internship could be part-time or full-time.

&##Support with our digital tools (Cvent, Outlook, Excel) and internal systems management (One Drive) by uploading updated end customer documentation.
Assist with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines and deliverables.
Work smart and live well:  from paddle to running internal clubs, free breakfast every Monday, fresh fruit, specialty coffee every day, after work, regular creative and wellbeing activities.
&##Student or recent graduated in Business Administration, Executive Secretariat or a related field ( eligible for at least a 6-month internship agreement ).
Skills in Excel, Word, and the Microsoft Office suite are highly valuated.
Good communication  skills in Spanish and English, (B1 level is required).
No previous experience required, we value attitude, integrity, and willingness to learn.
Interest in a part time or full-time internship.
