We’re not just looking for an employee; we’re seeking a highly organized, proactive administrative professional passionate about optimizing billing processes and improving operational efficiency. If you’re ready to lead a key internal project that will reduce manual work and streamline invoicing, we’d love to meet you.

As our   Billing & Admin Specialist   , you’ll be the   responsible internal leader for automating and optimizing our billing workflow   . You’ll collaborate with an external auditor who provides accounting support, ensuring that our processes are efficient, scalable, and accurate.

Your mission is to take ownership of the billing process, implement automation initiatives, and deliver a seamless experience for the finance and operations teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Serve as the owner of all internal billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
Lead the automation project for billing, reducing manual processing and improving efficiency.
Collaborate closely with external accounting support to align processes.
Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvement in administrative and invoicing workflows.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standards while maintaining operational efficiency.

WHO YOU ARE
3+ years of experience in administration, operations, or billing.
Strong understanding of billing processes and invoicing.
Proactive, organized, and capable of taking full ownership of projects.

Experience with automation tools, ERP systems, or process improvement projects.
Excellent communication skills, able to coordinate between internal teams and external support.
Problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
