Administration, People & Finance Leader.

Full-time or Part-time, to assist and support the Head of Administration, People and Finance in managing and analyzing the company's administrative and accounting tasks, guaranteeing its quality. Additionally, the candidate must have a good command of English, strong Excel skills, and basic experience in creating presentations.
Knowledge of tools such as Asana, Google Drive and Quickbooks is a plus.

Process and manage invoices, payments, and collections, including verifying data, organizing documents, and following up on receipts.
Organize and maintain digital and physical files efficiently, ensuring easy access and proper structure (Google Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets).
Dedication:  Although a part-time position is ideal, we do not rule out responsible candidates who need a full-time position.
Excellent use of Excel / Google Spreadsheets.
Ability to work with, improve, and unify databases.
Young professional or advanced student in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, etc. (Spanish
Advanced English skills (written and spoken).
Italian will be well-valued.
