Position Summary

A Shift Supervisor is a key leader supporting the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy.

Essential Functions
  • Lead store operations when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite, ensuring smooth execution and completion of opening/closing procedures.
  • Manage store crew, assign, direct, and follow up on all activities.
  • Communicate effectively with store management and crew.
  • Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
  • Handle all customer relations in accordance with company policy; maintain confidentiality.
  • Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise; reset departments following POGs.
  • Execute display and maintenance of off‑shelf merchandise.
Required Qualifications
  • Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills.
  • Advanced communication and supervision skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, weekend shifts, overtime and respond to urgent issues.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience as a retail supervisor.
Education

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Employment Details
  • Anticipated weekly hours: 29 hours.
  • Time type:
    Part‑time.
  • Pay Range: $16.00 – $16.00 per hour.
