Diagnose vehicle systems and components for proper operation
Identify and isolate the cause of mechanical or electrical issues
Test-drive vehicles and inspect/refill fluids as needed
Check and adjust tire pressure; clean and lubricate fittings
Replace oil filters, drain plugs, and communicate oil levels to teammates
Perform accurate, efficient repairs and diagnostics
Proactively repair or replace worn components before failure
Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively
Experience as a Chrysler Technician preferred
Strong automotive knowledge with fast, accurate diagnostic skills
Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
Willingness to learn new technology and repair procedures
Effective communication and analytical skills
High School Diploma or GED (required)
ASE Certification or Technical Degree (preferred)
Minimum 1 year of service department experience
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
