About the Role:

- Brainware University is looking for an experienced Administrative Manager to strengthen campus administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across academic and support functions. The role demands strong coordination skills, process discipline, and the ability to work across multiple departments and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- - Oversee end-to-end campus administrative operations (front office, facilities coordination, vendor coordination, logistics support).
- Manage 24×7 campus security & fire safety (G4S, safety audits, compliance).
- Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, utilities & electrical systems (DG, solar, RO, audits).
- Supervise hostels, faculty accommodation, student welfare & medical support.
- Manage transport, logistics, procurement & vendor billing.
- Coordinate with internal departments, legal team, and local authorities.
- Lead campus events, statutory celebrations, and community engagement.
- Maintain good relations with local police, municipality, electricity supply offices (WBSEDCL), political leaders, and administrative offices (DM, SP, DSP, Zilla Parishad, Gram Panchayat, etc.) for property tax, building plans, and other approvals.
- Manage service vendors and contracts (housekeeping, security, maintenance, consumables), including quotations, approvals, service levels, and billing coordination.
- Track and improve administrative workflows (requests, approvals, registers, documentation, records).
- Supervise and guide administrative staff; manage duty rosters, task allocation, and performance follow-ups.
- Handle asset and inventory coordination (stock registers, issue/return records, audits, and verification support).

Required Qualifications:

- - Bachelor’s degree (any discipline). Master’s degree/administration-related qualification preferred.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in university/college administration, education sector, or large institutional administration.
- Strong command over MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and admin documentation practices.
- Solid knowledge of vendor coordination, facilities support, and institutional operations.

- Strong communication (English + Bengali preferred)
- Problem-solving, prioritization, and follow-through
- Strong campus and facilities management capabilities, including supervision of large infrastructure and outsourced teams

- Proven leadership, decision-making, and crisis-management skills
- Excellent vendor management, negotiation, and cost-control abilities
- Clear communication and coordination skills with internal departments and external authorities
