Base pay range: $36,000 – $100,000 per year. Commissions, bonuses, and factory‑sponsored incentives reward top performers.

• Engage qualified customers by making multiple calls per day to set appointments and drive sales.
• Build and nurture relationships with current and new customers.
• Stay knowledgeable about new products, features, and accessories and explain how they benefit the customer.
• Meet or exceed the monthly sales quota through phone and in‑person effort.
• Establish personal goals that align with dealership standards and devise strategies to achieve them.
• Demonstrate teamwork and a positive attitude in a fast‑paced environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong desire to build and sustain relationships.
• High energy paired with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and drive for results.
• Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record with at least 3 years of experience.
