We are looking for a part‑time Flower Merchandiser to join one of the most recognized companies in the floriculture industry, Falcon Farms, or an educational institution, Kent Place School. The role involves ensuring that flowers are displayed attractively and inventory is maintained across multiple stores.

Success in this role requires a passion for flowers, ability to work independently, and strong communication skills.

Location: Various locations within your territory (Falcon Farms) and applicable Kent Place School sites.

• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday from 7:00 am to 10:30 am (Falcon Farms). Availability during peak season (November–May) may be required for special events.

• Pay: $16.50 per hour (Falcon Farms) or $16.50 per visit (Kent Place School).
• Paid training in flower handling.
• Mobile phone allowance.

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use mobile device to communicate with supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support stores during key dates such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas.
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Collaborate with teammates for special activities when needed.

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November–May).
