• Clinical Leadership:
  Provide expert direction, supervision, and mentorship to LPNs and CNAs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Advanced Assessment:
  Perform comprehensive resident assessments and proactively monitor for subtle changes in condition, reporting findings immediately to the Director of Nursing.
• Complex Medication Management:
  Prepare and administer medications and treatments with precision; transcribe physician orders to MARs/TARs and coordinate seamlessly with the pharmacy.
• Interdisciplinary Care Planning:
  Lead the development and implementation of individualized care plans, collaborating with physicians, therapists, and families.
• Documentation Excellence:
  Complete all clinical charting, observations, and treatments with exceptional accuracy and thoroughness in compliance with state regulations.
• Quality & Safety:
  Act as a guardian of facility protocols, ensuring all safety guidelines are strictly followed to maintain our high standards of excellence.

• Licensure:
  Must possess an active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin.
• Leadership Drive:
  Demonstrated clinical expertise combined with strong critical thinking and team-management skills.
• Passion for Geriatrics: A deep commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care in a long-term care or sub-acute setting.
