Salary: $90,000 – $110,000

The Controller serves as the organization’s accounting leader, overseeing all financial reporting and accounting operations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial statements, leading the close process, and developing a strong accounting team while maintaining compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards.

• Lead all financial reporting activities, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements

• Oversee and coordinate the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accuracy and consistency

• Manage, mentor, and develop accounting staff to build a high-performing team

• Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable accounting standards and regulations

• Support budgeting, financial analysis, and continuous improvement of accounting processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

• Progressive accounting leadership experience, ideally in a Controller or equivalent role

• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and budgeting processes

• Proven ability to lead teams and improve accounting operations
