Key Responsibilities – Controller:

• Serve as the primary accounting leader and act as the Controller for all financial reporting: monthly, quarterly and annual statements.
• Monitor and coordinate the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring the Controller maintains accuracy and consistency.
• Manage the accounting team: the Controller will mentor, develop and oversee team members to build a high-performing accounting group.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and other accounting standards: the Controller will stay abreast of evolving regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications – Controller:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior accounting role, ideally having served as a Controller or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP), financial statements and budgeting.
