As the first point of contact for our customers, you cheerfully greet each individual and take the time to really listen to their needs. Thriving in our fast‑paced financial environment, you accurately and efficiently process routine banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, checks, and loan payments. The Universal Banker builds and retains relationships with current and prospective clients, promotes all bank products and services and responds to simple and complex customer inquiries or service requests. In addition, the Universal Banker assists customers with their deposit needs regarding new accounts and services, and maintenance of these accounts.

You prioritize tasks effectively and stay on top of all the latest regulations and policies. And, most of all, you take pride in making a positive impression on each and every customer that you serve!

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with banking regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Prior banking experience is preferred but not required. Are you focused on the accuracy and quality of your work? Do you have excellent communication skills? This is a full‑time Monday – Friday position with a Saturday morning rotation. You will have your late evenings and Sundays free!
