We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Customer Relationship Manager (Sales Manager) to join our award-winning team.

As the face of the home, you’ll play a key role in welcoming potential residents and their loved ones, guiding them through one of life’s most important decisions with empathy, professionalism, and confidenceitaal.

You’ll work closely with the Home Manager and Regional Team to:

• Drive occupancy and maintain average weekly fee rates

Build strong local relationships with referral sources and community partners
• Manage enquiries and show rounds with warmth, clarity, and a consultative approach
• Be the go‑to person for local marketing, events, and brand representation
• Celebrate with residents and families at events, open days, and milestone moments

Your background in B2C sales
, ideally in a high‑value service or lifestyle sector (e.g. healthcare, property, hospitality, private education), licensing you to achieve KPIs imccontribc success.

• A confident and approachable sales professional with a strong track record in relationship‑based selling
