• Personal Care Assistance: bathroom functions, bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating.
• Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions.
• Accompany patients on errands or medical appointments.
• Ensure the client’s home is organized according to their needs and safety measures.
• Provide support and motivation to perform daily tasks.
• Provide mobility assistance: bed, chair, or a wheelchair.
• Monitor and report changes in health and needs.
• Ensure client rights adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HCA # (obtained via registration with the State of California).
• Reliable transportation.
• Current TB Test.
