• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering major or graphic major
• Minimum 2 years experiences in the Technical/R&D/Packaging Development role. Printing industry background is a plus
• Proficient in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Effective communication skill
• Project Management skill
• Data analysis
• Problem Solving
• Having experience using ERP
• No color blindness

• Assisting the technical development and implementation of any new print projects that the customer or Business requires.
• Providing regular updates/report to superior (Technical & Sustainability Manager)
• Discuss and review projects with internal departments to ascertain the best way to align the customer expectation with our print technology.
• Organise then manage project to completion of trial.
• Provide costing estimates for sales quotation
• Supervising trial run and color tolerance production
• Supervising technical admin in technical specification creation
