CDL Class A Driver

Maine Recycling Corporation (MRC) is seeking a skilled and reliable Truck Driver with a valid Class A (CDL) driver's license and a clean driving record to join our team. As a Class A Truck Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely route delivery and pickup of recyclable aluminum cans, glass, and plastic bottles within a 150-mile radius of our newly-established Bangor processing facility.

Work week is Monday through Friday, no weekends or overnights required.

• Accurate accounting for materials recovered.
• Proper loading of trailers.
• Conduct daily inspections of vehicles and report any issues.
• Constructive evaluation of stops, routing, and general practices.
• Comply with all DOT and in-house regulations and rules.
• Effective communication with in-house staff and customers.
• Operate iPad for DVIR and Invoicing.
• Communicate thoroughly with management while on the road.

Maine Recycling currently acts as a pickup and processing agent for some of the largest beverage manufacturers in Northern New England. Our fleet of 30 trucks with over 200 trailers enables us to provide state-wide route delivery and pickup services for both new and existing beverage distributors in Maine. MRC currently employs 80 to 100 employees operating from our Lisbon Falls and Bangor locations.
