• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Collaborate closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company‑provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers and load/unload parts accurately per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
• Process customer payments securely in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain delivery vehicles, report any issues promptly, and stay updated on promotions and automotive products via Auto Zone systems.

• Minimum age 18.
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with Auto Zone driver safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Physical ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• Preferable experience in automotive retail.
• Exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) (preferred).
• Hazmat endorsement (preferred).
