Maintenance III – Districtwide
High school diploma or equivalent required
Criminal History Record Check (CHRC) required
Qualifications- Must have knowledge of building trades
- Must have experience as a skilled maintenance person
- Must demonstrate ability to organize work assignments and work independently
- Must have the physical ability to perform full range of maintenance assignments, including heavy lifting, and climbing to the heights of any Bangor school building
- Must be able to handle hazardous materials in a safe manner
- Must be willing to become familiar with school department fire alarms, sprinkler system, security system, and phone systems to allow for basic repairs
