Position Summary:

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.

In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot which includes helping members with their purchases and ensuring there are carts ready and available. You will also assist our members helping them load their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go.

What you’ll do:

Ensures club pick up orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed; informs members when products are unavailable; offers alternative product options; ensures products are selected and packaged according to company policies and procedures; ensures items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup; resolves member issues and concerns; promotes the company’s products and services. Maintains safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps;

following procedures for handling merchandise; and correcting and reporting unsafe situations to facility management. Provides member service by acknowledging the member, identifying member needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, processing purchases, handling payments per policies, using cash registers, locating and organizing merchandise, zoning areas, resolving issues, promoting products, organizing carts/flatbeds, assisting with transport, using cart retrieval equipment, and maintaining parking lot cleanliness.

Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers and other partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress; determining improvement opportunities; and adapting to change, difficulties, and feedback.

Eligibility & Compensation

Hourly wage: $16.00 – $23.00 per hour. Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
