Job Overview
Flynn Group, the largest Applebee’s franchisee, operates 460 restaurants across 24 states. Applebee’s is looking for an energetic Host/Server Assistant to greet guests at the door, assist servers, and maintain smooth restaurant flow.
Responsibilities- Greet guests at the door with a warm welcome and a smile.
- Assist servers in providing exceptional guest service.
- Maintain overall guest flow of the restaurant.

Must have ability to remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for long periods up to four hours. Must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff. Must transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen.
Must wear protective hand coverings, face coverings, or masks throughout the shift and work with disinfectant cleaning supplies. Must wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout the shift.
