- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Licensure:
- Current Maine Registered Nurse license or compact state RN license
Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) — current or obtained within 30 days of hire
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) — current or obtained within 90 days of hire
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) — current or obtained within 1 year of hire
Experience:
- 1–3 years of clinical nursing experience preferred
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset
- Critical thinking and sound clinical judgment
