Schedule:
13-week assignment; facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per assignment period
Highlights:
Charge Nurse role supporting unit leadership and quality management initiatives
Opportunity to coordinate and direct total nursing care for assigned patient groups

Provide administrative backup support and serve as a clinical resource
Patient and family teaching responsibilities with focus on whole-person care
Requirements:
Active Maine or Compact State RN license
Associate's Degree in Nursing (2-year college program)
Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
BLS certification required
Must reside 50+ miles from facility location
