Description:
Under the supervision of the Unit Director, the RN performs patient care functions as approved by the State Board of Nursing and facility policies and procedures.
The Clinical Leader/Charge Nurse provides direct supervision during the assigned shift.
The RN is responsible for delivering care to patients in a Med-surg environment and in Cardiac Progressive Care.
Candidates must demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and adapt to changing work demands.
Collaboration and a commitment to excellence in service are core expectations of the role.
