Contract (13weeks)
Shift Time:
Nights 6:30pm-7:00am
Guaranteed Hours: 36hr
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise nursing care delivery.
- Assign patient care tasks and ensure completion.
- Serve as a resource and mentor to nursing staff.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Current RN licensure.
- Proven leadership and communication skills.
- Strong clinical knowledge and critical thinking abilities.
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
