Nurse Practitioner – Outpatient Family Medicine / Primary Care NP – All Ages - East Central Maine

Our client, a progressive community health system and Maine’s largest FQHC, is hiring a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join one of their integrated, team-based medical homes. You’ll care for a diverse patient population, from infants to seniors, in a supportive, well-resourced environment focused on continuity, access, and quality.

• Serve patients of all ages in a respected, community-based setting
• Flexible full-time schedule – 4 or 5 days/week (40 hours, 34 patient contact hours)
• Light call – average just 1 week per year

• Be able to do the job as described
• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) – licensed in Maine or ability to obtain
• Comfortable seeing patients of all ages – infants to elderly
• Passionate about community health and team-based care
• Bilingual or multicultural experience is a plus
• NEW GRADS WELCOME with appropriate training and confidence
