As a Home Health Registered Nurse at Senior Helpers Maine LLC in Penobscot county of Maine, you will be responsible for providing essential care to patients in their homes. Responsibilities- Conduct in-home assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Valid RN license in the state of Maine
- Prior experience in home health or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
